Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 24, 2026 · Effective: April 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Clymin("Clymin", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you visit www.clymin.com (the "Site"), submit inquiries, book meetings, participate in a pilot, or otherwise interact with our marketing and sales channels.
This Policy applies to website visitors, prospects, and business contacts. It does not govern our processing of data that we extract and deliver on behalf of customers under a signed order or data-processing agreement; that processing is governed by the applicable service agreement and, where relevant, a separate Data Processing Addendum.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Information you provide. Your name, business email, company, role, phone number, and the message or requirements you submit through our contact form, free-pilot form, meeting bookings, chat, email, or other direct correspondence.
- Information collected automatically. Technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, clicks, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Information from third parties. Publicly available business information (for example, from LinkedIn or enrichment providers) to validate that inquiries come from legitimate business contacts and to improve our outreach.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Site. Please do not submit government identifiers, financial account numbers, health information, or similar sensitive data through our forms or chat.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and run pilots;
- Provide, operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site and our services;
- Send transactional communications (for example, pilot updates, invoice notifications, service announcements, and replies to your messages);
- Send marketing communications about Clymin, where permitted, and allow you to opt out at any time;
- Analyze Site usage, measure campaign performance, and develop aggregated or anonymized insights;
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or misuse of the Site;
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal process, lawful government requests, and our contractual obligations; and
- Exercise or defend legal rights and protect the rights, property, and safety of Clymin, our personnel, customers, and others.
3. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Visitors)
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Legitimate interests in operating and marketing our business, understanding prospects, securing our systems, and defending legal claims, where those interests are not overridden by your rights;
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request (for example, to reply to a pilot enquiry);
- Consent, where required, such as for certain cookies or marketing emails (you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing); and
- Compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses a limited number of cookies and similar technologies. These include:
- Strictly necessary cookies required for the Site to function (for example, to remember your cookie preferences);
- Analytics cookies and scripts that help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it; and
- Functional cookies and scripts used by our live-chat and scheduling tools.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect the functionality of the Site.
5. Service Providers and Sharing
We share personal information only with the parties described below and only to the extent necessary:
- Service providers that help us operate the business, including hosting and CDN, email, form submission, scheduling, live chat, analytics, customer relationship management, and security. These providers act on our documented instructions and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Affiliates of Clymin, on the same terms as this Policy.
- Professional advisors (lawyers, auditors, accountants, insurers) under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities and third parties where required by law, in response to a valid legal request, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Clymin or others.
- Successors in the context of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or sale of assets.
Representative categories of service providers we currently use include form and email delivery (for example, Web3Forms), live-chat (for example, Freshchat), meeting scheduling (for example, Google Calendar), and hosting / analytics platforms. We do not sell personal information.
6. International Data Transfers
We are headquartered in India, and our service providers may be located in other jurisdictions. By using the Site or communicating with us, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required by law, we put in place appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for international transfers.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to comply with legal, accounting, tax, or reporting requirements, to defend legal claims, and to maintain our business records. Typical retention periods are: prospect and inquiry data for up to thirty-six (36) months after last interaction; customer and billing records for the period required by applicable law, typically up to eight (8) years in India; and aggregated or de-identified analytics data for as long as useful. When retention is no longer required, we delete, anonymize, or otherwise place the information beyond routine use.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights with respect to the personal information we hold about you:
- Access a copy of your information;
- Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Deletion of your information, subject to exceptions permitted by law;

- Withdrawal of consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within the time frame required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and may decline requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or impermissible under law. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
9. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Our practices align with industry-recognized frameworks, including ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 principles. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or stored on our systems. Use of the Site is at your own risk.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
